1. Dates: The “Win A Kid's Bike” promotion commences on 1 June 2012 and closes at 5pm on Wednesday 5 December 2012..
2, How To Enter: To enter the “Win A Kid's Bike” promotion entrants must enter their details on the website www.pedalcarsonline.co.nz .
3. Eligibility To Enter: Entry is open to anyone in New Zealand over the age of 18 or children with their parent’s consent. Entrants may only enter once.
4. Permission: By entering the competition the Entrant consents to granting Wiseworths Ltd permission to send them other promotional material, including electronic messages, unless the Entrant notifies Wiseworths Ltd to the contrary in writing.
5.Closing Date: All entries must be received before 5pm on 5 December 2012. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or incomplete entries.
6. The Promoter is Wiseworths Ltd of 12 Cumbria Lane, Christchurch, 8025 New Zealand (“The Promoter”).
7.The “Win A Kid's Bike” Prize: All entrants shall go in the draw for a prize of a Eurotrike Nitrox 12 Blue bike with Push Handle as displayed on the websites www.kidstoysonline.co.nz and www.pedalcarsonline.co.nz . . The prize has a market value of $189.00.
8. $100 Gift Voucher : Those entrants who also “Like” the KidsToysNZ on Facebook or “Follow” ToysNZ on Twitter will also enter the draw for a $100 gift voucher on the same date.
9. The Draws: The draws will take place at the office of Wiseworths Ltd at 5pm on 5 December 2012 and the winners will be the first eligible entries drawn (“the Winner”).
10. Winner Notification: the Winners will be advised by email to the address submitted with the application by 12 December 2012. The Winners agree to be photographed or interviewed by the Promoter without compensation for reasonable publicity purposes. The Winners consent to their personal details being published in the print and electronic media for the purposes of the “Win A Kid's Bike” promotion.
11. The prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the Winners being notified by each Winner faxing or emailing to Wiseworths Ltd a signed letter of acceptance. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
12. The Promoter and its agencies shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the “Win A Kid's Bike” promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning the prize.
14. The Promoter’s decision regarding the Winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
